Being a Ski Rep with PGL

We’re seeking fun-loving individuals with ski/snowboard experience to join us on a working holiday at a beautiful European Ski resort. We have dates available in DECEMBER 2024 and FEBRUARY – APRIL 2025 in Austria, Italy and France.

You’ll be paid to look after our guests and provide an all-round amazing ski holiday experience, liaising between the party leader, hotelier and various suppliers in resort. In return, we’ll transport you to Austria, Italy or France; and provide uniform & equipment, along with accommodation and meals.

As a Ski Rep, you’ll be the host with the most, doing your best to ensure your group has an amazing ski holiday, assisting with a range of duties including:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for your group, being available 24/7 to help with enquiries, problem-solving and assisting the Party Leader in dealing with any medical facilities required in resort
  • Communicating the daily programme of events to the group
  • Working together with the hotelier, ski schools, ski hire shop and entertainment providers to create an all-round amazing ski holiday experience
  • Observing the ski instruction delivered to guests, ensuring that ratios are adhered to and monitoring the quality of instruction

It’s busy work, but it’s never boring, and you’ll get lots of time to enjoy the slopes!

Is this you?

  • Have worked with groups of children and young adults
  • Experience of skiing or snowboarding in a European Ski Resort
  • Amazing communication skills and a friendly, confident personality

Not all convictions will disqualify you, as we assess each case individually.
