We pride ourselves on hiring the best people, and recognise the importance and benefits of a diverse and inclusive team. However, the protection and safeguarding of the children visiting our centres is our primary concern. So all colleagues are required to undergo an Enhanced criminal records check (known as a DBS), which we will pay for. You will be required to provide a 5 year address history and ID documentation (ie British or Irish passport or birth certificate). If you have a conviction related to violence, drugs or safeguarding this could affect your application. Not all criminal convictions will be a bar to working for us and we will consider the results on an individual basis. You can find more information on DBS checks on the gov.uk website.
