Make a difference as an Analyst – HR Systems
As a key part of the HR Shared Services Team, the HR Systems Analyst ensures our HR systems run smoothly and meet the needs of the business. This role is all about keeping things organised, improving processes, and making life easier for colleagues. By managing system setup, creating insightful reports, and supporting key HR activities, you’ll help drive efficiency and ensure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly to support our people.

Is this you?
You'll have Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or HR systems management experience. You’re experienced in managing, configuring, or supporting HRIS platforms like Iris Cascade, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
You’re detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset, skilled at troubleshooting system issues and collaborating with IT or other functions to resolve problems. You’re adaptable, proactive, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
A strong communicator who values collaboration, you’re also capable of taking initiative. Your expertise in HR systems, data analysis, reporting (including Excel Vlookups pivot tables etc.), and technical proficiency ensures data security and compliance.
